Patrick Schwier brings over 14 years of Real Estate & Corporate Sales experience to his position as Broker at Schwier Income Properties, Inc. Beginning in May of 1990 as a sales person for The Jelley Company in San Diego and then acting as a corporate manager for a National Telecommunication's - Marketing firm in the late 90’s, Patrick has successfully garnered contracts with companies such as: Boeing, Visa, NBC, Holland America Cruise Lines, The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Wells Fargo Mortgage & Bank of America Securities. Since 2005, Patrick has successfully sold over $50,000,000 worth of Investment Property in Orange County and San Diego.

Having worked for Schwier & Associates since 2000, Matt has learned every facet of the Income Property & Residential business from the bottom up and brings valuable hands-on experience to the table. Matt earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State University Fullerton and received his Real Estate Broker’s License in early 2007.

A 2nd generation apartment broker, Matt excels at identifying the forces driving the market and devises investment strategies accordingly. Matt volunteers his time with USARC, a ski program for disabled skiers. He enjoys the ocean, mountains, and different cultures of the world.
